One of our general Committee members came across a school where children were unable to follow the teacher in class. The solution suggested was to hire extra teaching assistants to oversee the so called slower learners. We began by sponsoring two assistants. The result is an overall improvement in the attention paid by these students and in class environment.
本會委員之一聯絡校方對有關學生在課室內,未能追上學習進度,而建議另聘請額外教師助理,以協助這批學習遲緩之學生。本會贊助聘用兩位,而結果出現一個全面學習專注之改善與課堂積極參予之表現。
