Gifted and Talented Autistic Children and Youth
才華橫溢的自閉症兒童和青少年

If one is on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and, at the same time, is gifted or talented in an area eg. music, art, mathematics, sciences, IT etc. one is considered “twice-exceptional”. As such, with the special gifts that nature has endowed them, they are definitely worthy of nurture, especially where they are from under-privileged families. We support programmes to identify such individuals to further their talents so that they can be eventual and possibly major contributors to society.
如果一個人患有自閉症譜系障礙（ASD），並於某個領域賦有天賦或才華，例如音樂，藝術，數學，科學，IT等，他/她便視為“學障資優生”。憑藉大自然賦予他們的特殊禮物，它們絕對值得培育，尤其是在來自貧困家庭的情況下。本會十分支持提高這方面的才能計劃，以使他們最終能夠成為社會主要貢獻者。
